Curious about breath-hold? Wanting to improve your snorkeling or water confidence? Open to freediving but not sure it’s for you? Join us on our Intro to Freediving Ireland Course – no previous freediving experience necessary! We’ll get into the fundamentals of freediving including relaxation, breath-hold, equalization, safety and other theory. Includes AIDA 1 certification (with possibility to earn AIDA 2 Depth certification)! Course runs all day [morning to late afternoon] for two days. * ** * Personal equipment not included – but we are happy to help you with purchase/rental ideas and discounts. Let us know at least three weeks before the course if you need to rent or purchase equipment. ** Course price does not include Portroe Quarry one-time member fee [approx. €20] & Daily entrance fee [approx. €20]. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the course start time to register and pay applicable entrance fees.
Full refund if the booking is cancelled 4 weeks or more before the course start date. 50% refund if the booking is cancelled between 2 – 4 weeks exactly before the start date. No refund if booking is cancelled within 2 weeks of the course start date. In exceptional circumstances, late cancellations may be offered a last-minute place on an unfilled later course.
