Starting Point is Portsalon Pier, paddling out of Lough Swilly towards the Atlantic.
Checking out the Portsalon Caves and hidden beaches. Lots of sea stacks and boulder gardens to navigate testing out your fine skills, hidden beaches, The 7 Arches, Drum Na Creag Beach, The Pollad Great Arch and Fanad Light House for a Coffee & Snack, followed by a tour of the Light House.
There is always time for spotting some dolphins, seals, mink, sea otter and wild birds.
The Tour is 20 km in distance and 5-6 hours duration and best suited to paddlers with some sea kayaking experience.
Tour is not suitable for 1st time kayakers, children under 16years, those with poor physical fitness or lower back problems.
Bring lots of food and fluids as you will need to keep your energy levels up.
Old runners or footwear are essential and light rain jacket, ensure you have a water proof pouch for your phone or camera.
Please arrive 30min early to get parked and to get gear sorted.
