8/8.30am – Arrival at centre
9am – Paddle to O’Connors
Wilderness therapy / Bush craft /Wim Hof method breathwork (basic introduction)
2pm – Lunch (not included in
4pm – 5.30pm Wellness session with 2 wood fired barrel saunas, a hot tub overlooking the lake & a cold plunge pool
7pm – BBQ and campfire/fire pit
Minimum 10 people required for this trip
