Eco Atlantic Adventures is Joining Forces with The One and Only, “Julieanne from Gathering Goodness”. Bringing you a fun filled weekend of kayaking, foraging, bush craft skills and camping on and around Mulroy Bay.
You will need a wetsuit, booties or old runners, light rain jacket and warm hat, with lots of dry warm clothes and a towel for after.
Wellies for walking and exploring in the forest, small basket, scissors or knife to cut stems (avoid uprooting plants).
Small note pad and pencil for taking notes (lots of info to take in) and a good camera phone to take pictures (water proof case).
All Equipment Provided
Wetsuit, Kayak, Buoyance Aid, Helmet and Paddle provided.
You will need booties or Neopream socks and old runners.
Rap up in warm clothes and rain jacket with few spare layers to keep the cold out.
You will need a Tent,
Tent, Camping Mat,
Good Quality 3 season Sleeping Bag, Down Jacket,
Fleece, Base Layers, Hiking Trousers, Warm Hat, Warm Gloves, Head Tourch & Spare Batteries, (Spare Socks, Hat, Gloves)
Knife, fork, spoon, plate and mug, water for 2 days and light snacks any food you wat to bring to eat yourself.
